Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

• Cookie Period: The cookie last 365 days. And the last click will earn the commission.

• Commission: The base commission on products is 30% but there are opportunities to increase your commission. Commission amounts vary depending on the products and campaigns promoted. Double Jacks Media LLC reserves the right to alter affiliate commission amounts at any time (such changes will not be retroactive).

• You must: Disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with the law. Simply using the term, “affiliate” is not sufficient. If you are caught failing to comply with any of these terms, we reserve the right to deactivate your account without warning at any time and you will not receive any commission payouts.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I expect to be paid?

We pay our affiliates the first week of the month of every month but only if 30 days have passed post-purchase. This gives us some leeway time in case a customer refunds their purchase. I.E. If someone uses their affiliate link to purchase mid-April, you’ll be paid for that sale at the beginning of June.

How long is the cookie good for?

The cookie is good for 365 days with the most recent click getting credit for the sale. 

Would you be willing to write a guest post/come on my podcast/record a video for my audience?

Yes! I’m here to support you in your promotion efforts and I’m happy to help you create/provide you with content that would fit your audience’s specific needs. Just send me an email at hello@elizabethstapleton.cp, with your request, and we can toss around some ideas.

Do you ever run special promotions that I should add to my promotion calendar?

Occasionally, I usually at least do a discount in mid-September.

Is the Website Legal Templates Bundle an evergreen product?

Yes, the Website Legal Templates Bundle is available for sale year round, though I occasionally will do some promotions/sales. If you’re interested in doing a specific promotion to your audience (link me teaching a webinar) etc, just let me know.
